The recent Tweed Banana Festival culminated in the Charity Queen Crowning Ball and the Festival Street Parade on the last weekend in August. We are very proud to announce that Tammy Dundon, who chose Story Dogs as her Charity, was crowned the Charity Queen and also the overall Festival Queen. Tammy put in a huge amount of work with great support from the Murwillumbah Central Rotary Club and Story Dogs volunteers. Our volunteers marched in the parade behind Tammy’s float, giving out free pats all the way. It was great to see so many orange shirts filling the street.
